Forgotten your Username
Please click on the Forgotten your Username option. You will be required to confirm your Surname, NI number and Date of Birth. Confirmation of your Username will then be sent to you via email.
Forgotten your Password
By choosing the Forgotten your Password option, you will be required to confirm your Username, Surname, NI number and Date of Birth. An email will then be sent to your email account, providing you with a link so that you are able to create a new password.
Forgotten your Security Responses
Having already entered your Username and Password, please choose the Forgotten your Security Response option. You will be required to confirm your Username, Surname, NI number and Date of Birth to generate an email that will be sent to your email account. Within the email there will be a link that will enable you to re-create your security responses.
Updating your Password and Security Response
Refer to the Account Settings option within the system and select the appropriate option at any time.
Updating your Email Address
To keep your email address up to date, refer to the Personal Details section within the system to make the necessary amendment.
Please Note
Your Username must be a minimum of 6 characters long and can include Special Characters (such as % or £ symbol), but no gaps. You can use your email address as your Username.
Your Password must be a minimum of 8 characters long; must contain at least one numeric, one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one special character. Your password is CASE SENSITIVE.
Without a valid email address, you will NOT be able to register to the MPO service.
If you are a member under more than one employment, you will only need to register ONCE to view all your pension records.
